Our Journey
Founded by Sasi Krishnasamy and Vince Thomas in 2020, the Akshya Dharma Foundation began its journey in Kerala, India. The foundation was established with the belief that small acts of kindness can make a significant difference in the lives of those facing hardships. Since its inception, Akshya Dharma has expanded its reach to various regions, including Tamil Nadu, and has touched the lives of thousands of individuals and families.
Our Initiatives
- Food and Nutrition: Through our Akshya Dharma initiative, we provide nutritious food and groceries to families in need. Monthly grocery provisions and essential kits are distributed to support low-income and vulnerable communities.
- Healthcare: We ensure access to essential medicines, medical supplies, and healthcare services. Our free dialysis center project is a testament to our commitment to improving the health and well-being of individuals suffering from chronic kidney disease.
- Education: We believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. Our programs offer educational resources, school supplies, and support to children from underprivileged backgrounds, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
- Community Support: We work closely with local communities to identify their unique needs and provide tailored assistance. Our efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, including food distribution and healthcare support, highlight our dedication to serving those in crisis.
